Comprehensive Epilepsy Program

From diagnosis to surgery planning, care is built as a pathway.

The program brings together epileptology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology, neuroradiology, neurophysiology, neuroanaesthesia, intensive care, and allied teams for complex epilepsy care.

Epilepsy Monitoring

Video-EEG, state-of-the-art epilepsy monitoring units, protocol MRI, and structured presurgical evaluation for drug-resistant epilepsy.

Advanced Surgery Pathways

Multidisciplinary planning for focal resections, disconnective surgery, electrocorticography, stereo-EEG, thermocoagulation, and neuromodulation.

Regional Access

Program development across Kozhikode, Wayanad, and surrounding districts, expanding access to advanced diagnostics and epilepsy surgery decisions.

Patient Education

Awareness campaigns, community education, and practical care pathways around seizure freedom, quality of life, and stigma reduction.

Flagship Awareness Initiative

MEITRA EPITOME - Epilepsy Awareness Campaign

MEITRA EPITOME is highlighted as Dr. Sachin's flagship epilepsy awareness program at Meitra. The public launch brought together healthcare experts, distinguished guests, and the community for conversations around epilepsy awareness, support, understanding, and access to advanced care.

The campaign launch included a public interaction with actor Manoj K. Jayan and was positioned as a community-facing extension of Meitra's advanced epilepsy care mission.
